What a great quiet getaway. Heavily wooded 20 acres adjoining state land with access to all the trails throughout Northern Michigan. The property is high and dry and heavily treed with a variety of hardwoods about 10 to 15 years old. The cabin is really well built and located on a county maintained blacktop road. There is electric at the road. There was electric to the cabin and the cabin is wired but some years ago a tree fell on the line. To get electric back the electric panel must be move as it is located too close to the kitchen sink. The well is in the 9x8 entry way in a well pit. There is a two track starting just north on the property that takes you to the back of the property and winds back to a county maintained gravel road.
